Celine Dion has revealed that she \u201ccan\u2019t answer\u201d if and when she will return to touring as she continues to battle Stiff Person Syndrome, the rare autoimmune neurological disorder with which she was diagnosed in 2022.<\/p>\n
The Canadian singer made the comments during a recent interview with Vogue France<\/a>, explaining: \u201cFor four years I\u2019ve been saying to myself that I\u2019m not going back, that I\u2019m ready, that I\u2019m not ready\u2026<\/p>\n \u201cAs things stand, I can\u2019t stand here and say to you: \u2018Yes, in four months\u2019 [I will return]. I don\u2019t know\u2026 My body will tell me.\u201d<\/p>\n But she added: \u201cOn the other hand, I don\u2019t just want to wait. It\u2019s morally hard to live from day to day. It\u2019s hard, I\u2019m working very hard and tomorrow will be even harder.<\/p>\n \u201cTomorrow is another day. But there\u2019s one thing that will never stop, and that\u2019s the will. It\u2019s the passion. It\u2019s the dream. It\u2019s the determination.\u201d<\/p> Dion previously cancelled all of her 2022, 2023 and 2024 tour dates following her diagnosis, although she did make a surprise appearance at the Grammys in February, at which she presented the Album of the Year award to Taylor Swift<\/a>.<\/p>\n Elsewhere in the interview, she opened up on her initial struggles following the diagnosis, revealing that she would ask herself: \u201cWhy me? How did this happen? What have I done?
