Here’s everything the developers have said about Manor Lords multiplayer. <\/p>

Out now in early access, the idea of Manor Lords multiplayer is consistently floated online by fans of the medieval strategy game.<\/p>\n

The game is proving surprisingly popular, and we can\u2019t blame players for wanting to share their experience with friends and family in multiplayer or co-op modes.<\/p>\n

Building a medieval settlement together or fighting against another player\u2019s armies sounds like a fun way to spend an afternoon.<\/p>\n

Developer Slavic Magic and publisher Hooded Horse have other ideas, however.<\/p>\n

Read on to find out if there is a Manor Lords multiplayer or co-op mode, and to discover what the development team has said on the subject.<\/p>\n

Is Manor Lords multiplayer?<\/b><\/h2>\n
Manor Lords does not have a multiplayer mode<\/b>, nor can it be played in co-op. This is true as of the game\u2019s current early access state, following its release on 26th April 2024.<\/p>\n
Slavic Magic and Hooded Horse developed the game as a single-player experience, which is currently in early access.<\/p>\n
As per the game\u2019s Steam page<\/a> early access description, the developers will \u201cuse early access to both expand and improve the game\u201d. It will remain in early access \u201cfor around a year\u201d.<\/p>
It is noted, however, that \u201cearly access provides a great way of involving players in the development process, and we are looking forward to working with the community to make a better game together\u201d.<\/p>\n
You shouldn\u2019t take this as proof that multiplayer will get added to the game later, though, as it\u2019s also claimed that while \u201cthe full version of the game is planned to have additional content influenced by community feedback during early access\u2026 the structure and major mechanics of the game are already present now\u201d.<\/p>\n
It\u2019s looking like Manor Lords will remain a single-player game, at least for the foreseeable future \u2013 who knows what the future holds?<\/p>\n
