More than two decades after the third Austin Powers movie landed in cinemas, it looks like a fourth could be on the horizon.<\/span><\/p>\n

That\u2019s right, folks: Franchise star Mike Myers recently teased the possibility of another instalment in the spy parody film series.<\/span><\/p>\n

Myers, who played several characters in the trilogy, told <\/span>Entertain<\/span>ment<\/span> Tonight<\/span><\/a> on the red carpet at the 49th AFI Lifetime Achievement Award event on Saturday 27th April, which honoured Australian star Nicole Kidman, that the title character \u201cabsolutely\u201d has \u201cmore story to tell\u201d.<\/span><\/p>\n

Will there be an Austin Powers 4?<\/strong><\/h2>\n
Rumours of a fourth instalment have been circulating for years, but at present we\u2019re yet to receive an official announcement<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n
During his interview with Entertainment Tonight, Myers was asked whether there was a fourth Austin Power movie in the works, to which he cryptically responded: \u201cI can neither confirm nor deny the existence or non-existence of such a project.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n
The actor has previously teased the possibility of a fourth movie, but has typically refrained from revealing any concrete plans.<\/span><\/p>\n
In 2022, he was asked on the red carpet for the premiere of Amsterdam whether another Austin Powers movie could be on the way.<\/span><\/p>\n
He said (via FOX4 News<\/a>): \u201c<\/span>I don\u2019t know. I\u2019m gonna put a big, firm, written maybe on that.\u201d<\/span><\/p>
