If you\u2019re after the Mythical Pok\u00e9mon Diancie in Pok\u00e9mon Go<\/a>, your best chance at catching one is happening right now!<\/p>\n

The Glitz and Glam event is taking place as you\u2019re reading this, so it\u2019s time to pull out your phone and add the Rock and Fairy-type Pok\u00e9mon<\/a> to your \u2018Dex.<\/p>\n

Before you do that, though, it\u2019s best you know how to get Diancie in Pok\u00e9mon Go. Luckily for you, we\u2019re on hand to tell you exactly how to do just that and <\/i>how long you\u2019ll have to do it.<\/p>\n

When is the Glitz and Glam event in Pok\u00e9mon Go?<\/b><\/h2>\n
The Glitz and Glam event in Pok\u00e9mon Go began on 1st May 2024<\/b>, and its event-exclusive free Special Research story began at 10am local time<\/b> worldwide.<\/p>\n
Overall, the event lasts just three days: Wednesday 1st May to Friday 3rd May (11:59pm local time)<\/b>.<\/p>\n
During these three days, you can take part in Diancie-themed Field Research when you spin Photo Discs at Pok\u00e9Stops. Catch 10 Pok\u00e9mon for a Carbink encounter and power up Pok\u00e9mon 10 times to earn 10 lots of Diancie Mega Energy.<\/p>\n
Complete all of these tasks by 11:59pm on 3rd May to earn some Diancie Mega Energy and encounters with Carbink.<\/p>\n
You\u2019re here for Diancie, though. Well, good news, everyone! The Diancie Glitz and Glam free Special Research story doesn\u2019t expire<\/b>. It went live at 10am local time on 1st May and will remain as long as long as it takes you to complete it.<\/p>\n
