In the ever expansive world of TV dramas, there are undoubtedly those that fly under the radar. Well, it\u2019s a good thing then that ITVX have acquired 2021 gem, The Beast Must Die<\/a>.<\/p>\n

While this is a series that may have been missed by many when it was first released on BritBox in 2021, it\u2019s now getting an ITVX release, meaning that plenty more thriller fans will be able to tuck into the twisted plot of the five-part series.<\/p>\n

The drama follows Cush Jumbo (Deadwater Fell<\/a>, Criminal Record<\/a>) as a mother intent on avenging her son\u2019s death after he was tragically killed in a hit and run. She wishes for nothing more than to find the man responsible and kill him as her personal form of justice.<\/p>\n

Jumbo isn\u2019t the only familiar face in this cast, as she is also joined by Billy Howle (Under the Banner of Heaven<\/a>) as Detective Strangeways, who is investigating the case, as well as Jared Harris (Chernobyl) as \u201cmaster manipulator\u201d George Rattery.<\/p>\n
