The new episodes are set two years after we left Nicola Walker\u2019s Hannah and Stephen Mangan\u2019s Nathan, as they attempted to navigate their way through a \u201cgood divorce\u201d.<\/p>\n
Now, Hannah and\u00a0her family have gathered for a wedding at a vineyard in Catalonia\u2019s wine region.<\/p>\n
The special will be set across one weekend, encompassing break-ups, reunions and romance, with Hannah compelled to banish the ghosts of her past and open herself up to the possibility of love again.<\/p>\n
But can she find the courage to take the leap into a new future?<\/p>\n
