The last place in next season\u2019s Premier League is up for grabs when Leeds United and Southampton face off in the Championship play-off final at Wembley this weekend.<\/p>\n
The two teams were beaten to the automatic promotion spots by Leicester City and Ipswich Town, and the end-of-season lottery represents their final chance to bounce back to the top flight of English football at the first attempt.<\/p>\n
Leeds, who finished third in the table, punched their ticket to Wembley with a 4-0 destruction of manager Daniel Farke\u2019s former club Norwich City in the semi-finals.<\/p>\n
Southampton, meanwhile, got the better of West Brom 3-1 on aggregate, but Russell Martin\u2019s side needed a late double in the second leg from top scorer Adam Armstrong to get them over the line.<\/p>\n
The Saints completed the league double over Leeds in the regular season, although the League Two and One play-off finals proved previous results between the two teams count for little \u2013 and Whites fans will be hoping that trend continues.<\/p>\n
