A brand new season of acclaimed animated series My Adventures with Superman is headed our way, which should be a welcome distraction from the hype around James Gunn\u2019s upcoming film reboot<\/a>.<\/p>\n

The show stars The Boys<\/a> and Star Trek: Lower Decks<\/a> star Jack Quaid as a young Superman, who is working on becoming an established hero in Metropolis while also juggling his busy civilian life.<\/p>\n

The first season saw Clark Kent cross paths with the love of his life, Daily Planet journalist Lois Lane (Zoey\u2019s Extraordinary Playlist<\/a> star Alice Lee), and his most trusted pal, photographer Jimmy Olsen (Jury Duty<\/a>\u2018s Ishmel Sahid).<\/p>\n
