Love Island All Stars will return to ITV next year for its second season, which will also mark 10 years since the hit reality series debuted in its current form.<\/p>\n

Technically, the show dates back to its short-lived celebrity incarnation that ran from 2005 to 2006, but of course, All Stars honours the history of the current, rebooted Love Island<\/a> which made major waves when it premiered in 2015.<\/p>\n

The shift from celebrities to members of the public \u2013 albeit, many of them influencers \u2013 has proven successful with viewers, boosting the careers of several notable names to have competed.<\/p>\n

Love Island All Stars<\/a> brought back some of them, including eventual winners Molly Smith<\/a> and Tom Clare<\/a>, and is now set to do it all again with a second season commemorating a decade on the air.<\/p>

Mike Spencer, Creative Director at Lifted Entertainment, said: \u201cWhat a perfect way to celebrate a decade of Love Island, by bringing back another all star class of Islanders for what will I\u2019m sure be another vintage year of romance, drama and relationships.\u201d<\/p>\n

There\u2019s no word yet on who could be returning to the villa for this latest edition, but the rumour mill is sure to be turning over the coming months as fans declare their dream choices.<\/p>\n

Paul Mortimer, Director of Reality and Acquisitions at ITV, commented: \u201cLove Island\u2019s All Stars series proved to be an enticing New Year treat for our loyal 16-34 audience, so it is hugely exciting to be re-opening the doors of our South African villa for another set of alumni.\u201d<\/p>\n

Executive producer Martin Oxley added: \u201cSeries 1 of All Stars gave a whole new dimension to goings on in the villa, and allowed us all to be re-acquainted with some of our favourite Love Island faces.<\/p>\n

\u201cWe just can\u2019t wait to see who will be queuing up to couple up in series 2, and who will be the last pair standing in the South African villa.\u201d<\/p>\n
