Earlier this week, the casting<\/a> for this year\u2019s show was announced, revealing all 12 islanders about to embark on their summer of love, but there was one islander in particular who gained traction online following the unearthed clip.<\/p>\n In the video, which has since been deleted, Harriett can be seen diffusing a situation after the person filming confronted a man \u2013 whose face is covered \u2013 about his alleged behaviour.<\/p>\n Love Island had no comment when approached by RadioTimes.com<\/a>. However, in a new interview, Harriett has had her say on what happened.<\/p>\n Speaking to press including RadioTimes.com<\/strong>, Harriett noted she hasn\u2019t seen the video since it went viral as she doesn\u2019t have access to her phone, but added there isn\u2019t \u201canything to say\u201d.<\/p>\n \u201cIf you guys have seen it you can obviously see all I\u2019m trying to do is diffuse the situation,\u201d she explained.<\/p>\n \u201cIt was actually one of my really good friends who is in the public eye, he\u2019s a football player. And these fans and, like, people were sort of antagonising him.\u201d<\/p>\n Harriett explained that she and her friends were \u201cjust trying to enjoy our night\u201d and she didn\u2019t think it was \u201cfair\u201d someone was recording and \u201cputting cameras in his face\u201d.<\/p>\n She concluded: \u201cThere is nothing really to say about that.
