Zapdos is making an electrifying return to Pok\u00e9mon Go. <\/p>

With the start of June comes another jam-packed month in Pok\u00e9mon Go, which includes the return of Zapdos.<\/p>\n

Zapdos is a legendary Pok\u00e9mon that was introduced in the very first generation of creatures, debuting in Pok\u00e9mon Blue and Red way back in 1996.<\/p>\n

Alongside Articuno and Moltres, Zapdos forms the Kanto Legendary Birds. In the original games, it could be found loitering around in the Power Plant, but players needed to be savvy as only one of them would appear.<\/p>\n

But now Zapdos is back in Pok\u00e9mon Go, and so players are grafting to overcome the creature in 5-Star Raids. If you\u2019re struggling, fear not, as we have all the information you need to defeat it.<\/p>\n

When is Zapdos in Pok\u00e9mon Go Raid Battles? Dates confirmed<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Zapdos will appear in Pok\u00e9mon Go\u2019s Raid Battles between 1st June <\/strong>and 10th June 2024<\/strong>, according to Pok\u00e9mon Go Hub<\/a>. You will have until 10am<\/strong> local time on Monday <\/strong>10th<\/strong> to overcome Zapdos.<\/p>\n

If you\u2019re struggling, it is worth noting that between 6pm <\/strong>and 7pm <\/strong>on 5th June 2024<\/strong>, Zapdos will appear in increased numbers in 5-Star Raids.<\/p>\n

Zapdos is returning in June as part of the game\u2019s Shared Skies event alongside other legendary Flying-type Pok\u00e9mon including Landorus (Incarnate Forme), Yveltal and Ho-Oh.<\/p>\n

What are Zapdos\u2019s weaknesses in Pok\u00e9mon Go?<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Zapdos is an Electric\/Flying-type Pok\u00e9mon, and so its weaknesses are going to be Rock <\/strong>and Ice<\/strong>-type attacks.<\/p>\n

It should also be remembered that the Pok\u00e9mon is resistant to Steel<\/strong>, Grass<\/strong>, Flying<\/strong>, Bug<\/strong>, Fighting<\/strong> and Ground <\/strong>attacks, so avoid using creatures that specialise in those at all costs.<\/p>\n

This version of Zapdos is a 5-Star Raid Boss, and so its maximum health and attack stats are going to be higher than normal. Best to approach this one with at least two other players.<\/p>

Best Zapdos counters in Pok\u00e9mon Go<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Below are several counters and powerful Pok\u00e9mon that can prey on Zapdos\u2019s weaknesses. Rock-type Pok\u00e9mon will have the edge over using an Ice attack, so it\u2019s best to prioritise using those first.<\/p>\n
