The biggest Pok\u00e9mon Go event of 2024 is finally upon us, but there are so many dates to keep track of.<\/p>\n

Fortunately, we\u2019ve compiled everything you need to know in one place so you can focus on catching \u2018em all.<\/p>\n

The adventure has already begun, with the action kicking off in Asia\u2019s host city of Sendai, Japan, at the end of May.<\/p>\n

As you\u2019d expect, there\u2019s a lot for trainers to get involved with across the six-week event; more so if you\u2019re lucky enough to be following the festival across the world.<\/p>\n

Below, we\u2019ve assembled all the information you need to know about the locations, dates and, most importantly, the Pok\u00e9mon involved in this year\u2019s Go Fest 2024.<\/p>\n

When is Pok\u00e9mon Go Fest 2024?<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Pok\u00e9mon Go Fest 2024 began on 30th May 2024<\/strong> with its first event in Sendai, Japan, and finished on 2nd June 2024<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

The next Pok\u00e9mon Go Fest event of 2024 is set to run between 14th June<\/strong> and 16th June 2024\u00a0<\/strong>in Madrid, Spain.<\/p>\n

After that, players will have to wait a while for the next event to launch, as that one takes place between 5th<\/strong> and 7th July 2024<\/strong> in New York City, USA.<\/p>\n

But that\u2019s not all, as there are two more days of Pok\u00e9mon Go Fest to hold out for, from 13th<\/strong> to 14th July 2024\u00a0<\/strong>\u2013 and that one is taking place online.<\/p>\n

It\u2019s fair to say that Pok\u00e9mon Go Trainers will have a very busy summer.<\/p>\n

Where is Pok\u00e9mon Go Fest 2024?<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Pok\u00e9mon Go Fest 2024 began back in May in Sendai, Japan<\/strong>, which acted as the host city for Asia, where the event sold out.<\/p>\n

Next up, the event is heading to Spain\u2019s capital city, Madrid<\/strong>. According to an official blog post<\/a>, the event will split into two locations here, with some action taking place throughout greater Madrid.<\/p>\n

The rest will be based in Parque Juan Carlos I<\/strong>, which is a major park in the city named after King Juan Carlos I.<\/p>\n

From there, the festival will land in the Big Apple itself, as New York City<\/strong> will play host for a weekend. Much like Madrid, it will be spread across the wider city and Randall\u2019s Island Park<\/strong>, which is located next to the South Bronx and Harlem.<\/p>\n

Lastly, Pok\u00e9mon Go Fest 2024 is going global<\/strong>. There\u2019s a two day online<\/strong> event that can be played from anywhere in the world. The other good thing here is that tickets can\u2019t sell out, so if you fancy joining at the last minute, you\u2019ll be able to.<\/p>\n

What\u2019s included in Pok\u00e9mon Go Fest 2024?<\/strong><\/h2>\n

As you would expect from the biggest Pok\u00e9mon Go event of the year, there are a bunch of gameplay additions, new Pok\u00e9mon to encounter and avatar items to collect.<\/p>\n

Back in May, when the festival kicked off in Sendai, the Prism Pok\u00e9mon Necrozma made its debut in raids.<\/p>\n

There were also two Special Research tasks, which led to encounters with the Mythical Pok\u00e9mon Marshadow and the legendary Pok\u00e9mon Necrozma.<\/p>\n

For other upcoming locations, players will be able to see Klefki (a creature that looks like a set of keys), as well as a Shiny Crabrawler.<\/p>\n

5-Star Raids will also include appearances from Pheromosa, Kartana, Nihilego, Necrozma and Guzzlord. All of these have the potential to appear in their Shiny format, too.<\/p>\n

On players\u2019 chosen ticketed day, they will also receive the following bonuses between the hours of 9am and 7pm:<\/p>\n
