This is thanks to James May, who has revealed the month of release while speaking during a live recording of The Today Podcast<\/a> with Amol Rajan and Nick Robinson.<\/p>\n During the interview, May said of the final episode of The Grand Tour: \u201cI\u2019m not allowed to tell you what date it\u2019s coming out, so I won\u2019t say that it\u2019s September. I can say anything I want now, frankly.\u201d<\/p>\n May also spoke on the emotional nature of the filming and recording for the final episode, and said he didn\u2019t expect to ever make another series about cars with Jeremy Clarkson and Richard Hammond.<\/p>\n He said: \u201cI recorded today the last piece of voice-over I will ever record for The Grand Tour \u2013 and therefore in that whole legacy of Grand Tour, Top Gear and the few things I did before that.<\/p>\n Read more:<\/strong><\/p>\n \u201cWe\u2019ve done it for nearly 22 years \u2013 a lot longer than we thought we would. I thought, when I started doing it in 2003 or 2004, that this was a bit of a laugh. Maybe it\u2019ll last a few years.<\/p>\n \u201cAnd, here we are, grey and wizened and sagging. And we\u2019ve only just stopped doing it.
