Elden Ring\u2019s first and only DLC will be launching imminently after a period of intense anticipation, but before it does the game\u2019s developer, FromSoftware, has announced it is working on delivering a new patch.<\/p>\n
In a post on social media website X, formerly Twitter, the Japanese giant said that maintenance would be taking place at around 8am BST in the UK from today and should only last for about 3 hours, which means the game cannot be played again until 11am (it should be active again now).<\/p>\n
This is very fortunate as players will inevitably have been preparing for the launch of Shadow of the Erdtree<\/a>, with several major tasks needing to be ticked off in the base game before the DLC can be accessed, which includes defeating both Radahn<\/a> and Mohg<\/a>.<\/p>\n The #ELDENRING<\/a> servers will undergo maintenance today, June 20, to deploy Patch 1.12 prior to the launch of Shadow of the Erdtree.
