Fans of The Great British Sewing Bee<\/a> were dealt another last-minute schedule change as the BBC pushed the quarter-final of the competition to accommodate for Euro 2024<\/a>.<\/p>\n

The same thing happened last week when the sewing series was also delayed<\/a>, with contemporaneous sports coverage taking priority, as Wimbledon<\/a> and the Euros rumbled on.<\/p>\n

Last night, The Great British Sewing Bee was bumped from the BBC One schedule by the Euros semi-final match between Spain and France<\/a>.<\/p>\n

However, it\u2019s good news today as fans can watch episode 8 tonight at 9pm on BBC One and iPlayer<\/strong>.<\/p>

The Euros might well be in the endgame, but so too is Sewing Bee, with the five remaining contestants challenged to make garments inspired by divas past and present in tonight\u2019s delayed episode.<\/p>\n

Judges Patrick Grant and Esme Young will be on hand to assess their efforts, while former Ghosts<\/a> star Kiell Smith-Bynoe<\/a> is overseeing the proceedings as per usual.<\/p>\n

Of course, some may choose to record this week\u2019s episode or catch up later via iPlayer as it clashes with the ITV broadcast of England\u2019s next Euro 2024 match<\/a>, which sees the team go up against the Netherlands (kick-off at 8pm).<\/p>\n

Euro 2024 has proven to be a rollercoaster ride for England fans, with the team on the verge of being knocked out by Slovakia<\/a> last month in the round of 16, until a goal by Jude Bellingham in the 94th minute and a Harry Kane header in extra time saw them safely through.<\/p>\n

They followed up that victory with a penalties win against Switzerland on Saturday, which sent them through to the semi-final, keeping hope alive that it may very well be coming home.<\/p>\n

The Great British Sewing Bee airs tonight, Wednesday 10th July, on BBC One and BBC iPlayer at 9pm.<\/strong><\/p>\n
