Lorraine presenter Ria Hebden will be taking to the ice in the latest season of Dancing on Ice<\/a>, joining the likes of Strictly\u2019s Brendan Cole<\/a> and Corrie\u2019s Sally Dynevor.<\/a><\/p>\n

The broadcaster heads up the entertainment news section on Lorraine, the ITV breakfast show fronted by Lorraine Kelly.<\/p>\n

What has Ria Hebden\u00a0said about joining Dancing on Ice?<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Speaking on Lorraine on Friday 8th October, Hebden said that she found the prospect of joining the series \u201ca little bit scary\u201d.<\/p>\n

\u201cIt\u2019ll be fun. I mean, this is one of ITV\u2019s most sparkly shows, so when they asked me I was like, \u2018Absolutely! I watch it at home, it\u2019ll be brilliant to learn a new scary skill!\u2019<\/p>\n

\u201cBut you\u2019ve got to say yes to things that excite you that are a little bit scary because that\u2019s where the growth happens, right? I\u2019m hoping so anyway!\u201d<\/p>\n

Asked whether she\u2019s skated before, she said: \u201cI went when I was 10 years old with\u00a0my grandma and grandad to \u2013 and people in Yorkshire will remember \u2013 Bradford Ice Rink. I skated there. If I\u2019m honest the last time I went on the ice was about six years ago with Noah [her son] and I did more drinking of mulled wine than skating!\u201d<\/p>\n

In addition to Hebden, the full 2022 line-up so far includes:\u00a0Coronation Street legend Sally Dynevor, Happy Mondays dancer Bez<\/a>, Paralympian Stef Reid<\/a>, Love Island\u2019s Liberty Poole<\/a>, rugby star Ben Foden<\/a>, Paul Gascoigne\u2019s son, Regan Gascoigne<\/a>, pop star Rachel Stevens<\/a>, professional dancer Brendan Cole and BMX Olympic silver medalist Kye Whyte<\/a>.<\/p>\n
