As of yesterday, the Better Together section of Pok\u00e9mon Go\u2019s Ultra Unlock event<\/a> has been in full swing. As well as plenty of event bonuses and themed research tasks, you\u2019ll have the opportunity to get Tandemaus.<\/p>\n

This duo of mouse-like Pok\u00e9mon will make their debut for this event, as will the evolved stage of Maushold.<\/p>\n

They won\u2019t be available to catch in the wild, however.<\/p>\n

How to get Tandemaus in Pok\u00e9mon Go explained<\/strong><\/h2>\n

As we\u2019ve said, you won\u2019t find Tandemaus in the wild through random encounters. So how do we go about finding them?<\/p>\n

During the event (which runs from the 17th July to the 22nd<\/strong>), you\u2019ll have to do one of the following:<\/p>\n

    \n
  • Take part in the free timed research \u2018Better Together\u2019<\/li>\n
  • Take part in field research tasks (trade-based ones in particular)<\/li>\n
  • Take part in Party Play challenges to earn rewards<\/li>\n
  • Take part in the paid timed research reward (this Grow Together research will be available until 3rd September).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    So it\u2019s only through timed research rewards and party play that you\u2019ll find Tandemaus.<\/p>\n
