As the third season of Sex and the City sequel series And Just Like That\u2026<\/a> approaches, rumours had started to swirl that Kim Cattrall would be reprising her role as Samantha Jones in the new episodes.<\/p>\n Cattrall previously returned to play Samantha in the show\u2019s season 2 finale, in a sequence where she was seen on the phone to Carrie, apologising for not being able to make a party. The scene was reportedly shot without any interaction between Cattrall and Sarah Jessica Parker, after the duo publicly fell out years ago.<\/p>\n However, Life & Style<\/a> had reported an insider as saying \u201cit\u2019s assumed that they\u2019ve done a deal with Kim and they\u2019re just waiting for the right time to announce it\u201d.<\/p>\n The insider continued: \u201cThe word is that she\u2019ll get to do all her scenes in London. However, the rivals and lack of forgiveness is still there as far as Kim\u2019s concerned.
