Announced at the Xbox Showcase in June 2024<\/a>, Doom: The Dark Ages certainly made an impression, despite the fact it was flanked by other exciting games such as Fable<\/a>, the first proper Indiana Jones game<\/a> in years and the upcoming Call of Duty Black Ops 6<\/a>.<\/p>\n

We\u2019ve been hungry for more Doom since The Ancient Gods Part 2<\/a> dropped in 2021. Unfortunately, there is still a bit of a wait to go before we can get our mitts on the Super Shotgun once more.<\/p>\n

If you can\u2019t wait, we also have info regarding the pre-order situation as well as gameplay and story details.<\/p>\n

There\u2019s the epic trailer from the Xbox Showcase too, if you haven\u2019t seen it already, that is.<\/p>\n

When is the Doom: The Dark Ages release date?<\/b><\/h2>\n

Doom: The Dark Ages is set for release in 2025<\/b>.<\/p>\n

So far, there has been no more information regarding the prequel\u2019s window of release for 2025, meaning we can realistically expect it to come at any date from the 1st January to the 31st December.<\/p>\n

Looking to the past, Doom 2016 and Doom Eternal launched in the months of May and March, respectively, so there is a slight possibility that leads us to speculate that we could see Doom: The Dark Ages release in s<\/strong>pring 2025<\/b>.<\/p>\n

That is all hearsay, however. When we have an official date, we will update you as soon as we can!<\/p>
