Since arriving on Netflix<\/a> in September, South Korean drama Squid Game<\/a> has become arguably the biggest show of the year, with fans making their own Dalgona cookies<\/a>, buying Squid Game costumes<\/a> \u2013 and in the case of one viewer, building their own Red Light Green Light-inspired alarm clock.<\/p>\n A fan of the Netflix show has made a Squid Game alarm clock featuring the large doll from episode one \u2013 however, instead of shooting bullets, the model fires soft pellets at its owner if they\u2019re not awake when their alarm goes off \u2013 and Twitter is unsurprisingly creeped out by the invention.<\/p>\n The Squid Game Clock y\u2019all procrastinators need \u201cWell this is straight up the scariest thing ever,\u201d one viewer wrote<\/a> after a video of the fan-made clock went viral on Twitter, while another described the alarm as \u201cnightmare fuel\u201d.<\/p>\n Other Squid Game fans replied<\/a> to the video with a GIF of The X Factor\u2019s Simon Cowell saying, \u201cIt\u2019s a no from me,\u201d while another pointed out<\/a> that \u201cit\u2019s all fun and games until your alarm clock shoots a dart in your eye\u201d.<\/p>\n However, some Squid Game lovers couldn\u2019t get enough of the unsettling clock, with one writing on Twitter: \u201cI don\u2019t want it, I need it!\u201d<\/p>\n Looks like I’ve got tournament, with contestants trying to get to the doll\u2019s side of the field while her back is turned \u2013 however, if they move whilst in her eye-line, they are immediately shot dead.<\/p>\n The Squid Game cast<\/a> recently told The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon that the robot doll was inspired by a character from Korean school textbooks<\/a>, with Jung Ho-yeon saying that the character
