It\u2019s time to get excited, folks \u2013 Nintendo will soon reveal the Animal Crossing Series 5 Amiibo cards, meaning that fans of the hit island-management game will be able to buy another pack of tie-in items.<\/p>\n

If they\u2019re anything like the previous four series of Amiibo cards in this range (which most recently gave us the Hello Kitty collection of Animal Crossing Sanrio Amiibo cards<\/a>), these new cards will allow you to lure a few new characters onto your islands.<\/p>\n

What\u2019s particularly cool about this Amiibo range is that it doesn\u2019t just work on Nintendo Switch<\/a> consoles. The cards are also compatible with the Nintendo 3DS and the Nintendo Wii U, which is a pretty nifty feature in this day and age.<\/p>\n
