Sony has announced that a PlayStation State of Play live stream will be taking place online today (27th October), and it\u2019s not at the most convenient time for fans in the UK.<\/p>\n

The official PlayStation Blog<\/a> says that this particular live-stream event will be \u201cfocusing on announcements and updates for upcoming third-party releases headed to PS5<\/a> and PS4.\u201d<\/p>\n

Because of this third-party focus, we wouldn\u2019t expect updates on Sony\u2019s upcoming first-party games such as Spider-Man 2<\/a>, God of War: Ragnarok<\/a>, Gran Turismo 7<\/a> or Horizon Forbidden West<\/a>.<\/p>\n
Instead, you should expect updates and teases from a collection of companies that Sony doesn\u2019t own \u2013 this could mean that Battlefield 2042<\/a>, Call of Duty: Vanguard<\/a>, Elden Ring<\/a>, Stray<\/a>, Forspoken or Pragmata could appear, or literally anything else!<\/p>\n
