We don\u2019t have long to wait until I\u2019m A Celebrity<\/a> is back on our screens. The (un)lucky A-listers will be returning to the Welsh castle where the show took place last year.<\/p>\n Last series proved that the Australian jungle wasn\u2019t a requisite to push the celebrity\u2019s limits, and this year\u2019s I\u2019m A Celebrity 2021 line-up<\/a> will have to face a whole host of Bushtucker Trials, including eating all sorts of disgusting stuff, before one of them is crowned Queen or King of the Castle. Or will they?<\/p>\n Previous I\u2019m A Celebrity winner Tony Blackburn revealed that there is one thing celebrities can say to the show\u2019s producers to get out of (some) of the often vomit-inducing challenges.<\/p>\n Speaking exclusively to RadioTimes.com<\/a>, the winner of the first ever edition of I\u2019m A Celeb said that he had given Noel Edmonds one tip before he went into the jungle in 2018.<\/p>\n \u201cNoel Edmonds rung me up before he was going in,\u201d Tony told us. \u201cHe was out at Heathrow Airport, I think, just about to go on the flight. And he said, \u2018have you got any things that you can tell me that I should do?\u2019 And I said, \u2018Well, you should have told them you\u2019re a vegetarian. Because then you don\u2019t have to eat all that horrible stuff.\u2019 But he said, \u2018Well it\u2019s too late for that.’\u201d<\/p> He added: \u201cI was very lucky I didn\u2019t have to eat all that horrible stuff, because I told [the producers] I was a vegetarian before I went in.<\/p>\n \u201cSo I rather liked the rice and beans which they all complain about. But for me, it was lovely. So if any of them didn\u2019t want any of theirs, I got the leftovers. It was lovely and I lost a stone and a half while I was in there, which was good as well. For me it was a very positive experience.\u201d<\/p>\n Of course, just because they\u2019re not eating the questionable foods (not so) cooked up by the producers doesn\u2019t mean the celebs won\u2019t have to face challenges involving critters and rodents. Especially now, when they have gotten \u201cmuch tougher\u201d, according to Tony.<\/p>\n \u201cYou just sort of do it, but it\u2019s not pleasant lots of it,\u201d he explained. \u201cAnd it\u2019s very tough. It\u2019s much tougher now.\u201d<\/p>\n Either way, it sounds like the celebs have their work cut out.<\/p>\n I\u2019m a Celebrity returns to ITV on 21st November.
