<\/p>
A brand new I\u2019m A Celebrity 2021 line-up<\/a> has been confirmed, with this year\u2019s fresh batch of A-listers headed to Wales for I\u2019m A Celebrity<\/a>\u2018s 21st season.<\/p>\n Last season proved the Welsh countryside offers as much of a challenge as the Australian jungle, and ultimately it was Giovanna Fletcher who was crowned Queen of the Castle after a gruelling three weeks surviving all sorts of trials and harsh conditions.<\/p>\n Though it\u2019s hard to know what the producers might have in store for this year\u2019s contestants, they\u2019ll likely doing as much as they can to prep. At least that\u2019s what previous I\u2019m A Celeb winner Christopher Biggins did before heading to the jungle in 2007.<\/p>\n \u201cWhat I did was in preparation, I went on a diet because I knew that the starvation would be a major point,\u201d the actor said during an exclusive chat with RadioTimes.com<\/a>. \u201cAnd in fact, the diet was so successful that not only did I go on to lose another two stone in the jungle, but I also was never really that hungry.\u201d<\/p> \u00a0<\/p>\n He added: \u201cAnd so that was an added bonus, because some people in there absolutely were beside themselves with hunger, which doesn\u2019t help when you\u2019re in that situation, you know, you\u2019re susceptible to all sorts of things, especially the fact that you\u2019re hungry.\u201d<\/p>\n Unsurprisingly, the winner also said that \u201cmost of the food was disgusting\u201d.<\/p>\n \u201cBut it was, you know, it was sort of inevitable, they do that purposely. The best thing getting you ratty is not to feed you and to keep you tired,\u201d he explained. Though he did reveal he slept \u201cthe best I\u2019ve ever slept in my life out in the open\u201d.<\/p>\n So at least there\u2019s that!<\/p>\n I\u2019m a Celebrity returns to ITV on 21st November.
