Line of Duty star Vicky McClure will next play an ex-military bomb disposal operative (otherwise known as an \u2018Expo\u2019) in the \u201cnail-biting\u201d upcoming ITV six-part thriller Trigger Point.<\/p>\n
Filming is now underway and, early in June, it was officially announced that Hustle star Adrian Lester will co-star in Trigger Point<\/a>, playing another Expo.<\/p>\n The series is produced by Jed Mercurio\u2019s HTM Television and promises to give viewers an insight into counter-terrorism policing and \u201cthe officers who risk their lives daily on \u2018the long walk\u2019 towards danger\u201d, according to the synopsis.<\/p>\n \u201cSo grateful to be working with Jed again,\u201d Line of Duty<\/a>\u2018s McClure previously said about her casting. \u201cI\u2019m really looking forward to creating a strong, bright and troubled character in Lana Washington.
