Mireille Enos has said that Marissa Weigler, her character in Amazon Prime drama Hanna<\/a>, is definitely not a \u201cgood guy\u201d.<\/p>\n

CIA operative Marissa was the primary antagonist in Hanna season one, which follows\u00a0genetically-modified teenage assassin Hanna (Esm\u00e9 Creed-Miles), but over the course of the series Marissa has become Hanna\u2019s unlikely ally and even maternal figure.<\/p>\n

However, as we approach the drama\u2019s third and final season, Enos has stressed that Marissa has \u201cno moral compass,\u201d perhaps suggesting her allegiances could change.<\/p>\n

\u201cSeason one, I was 100 per cent the villain, and then [from] season two, I\u2019m trying to protect Hannah,\u201d Enos said, speaking at an Amazon Prime Video press event in London. \u201cMy daughter said, \u2018Are you the good guy now?\u2019 And I said, \u2018100 per cent not\u2019, I have no moral compass; I just have changed my focus\u2026 None of these people are good people, you know.\u201d<\/p>\n

The drama series was renewed for a third and final season last summer, with Marisaa, Hanna and Carmichael<\/a>\u00a0look set to take down the shadowy organisation Utrax.<\/p>\n

A three season arc \u201cwas always the intention, to be honest,\u201d showrunner David Farr told Entertainment Weekly<\/a>. \u201cIf you look back at when I was talking about the second season, I talked about how it needed \u2018the third act.\u2019 I come from the theater originally, and I always have full act structure in my head to how a piece of drama plays out. And in this case, I felt that there was this very clear arc.\u201d<\/p>\n
