After much delay due to the Covid-19 pandemic, Euphoria is on its way back to our screens.<\/p>\n
A trailer for the new season has been released and shows off some dramatic scenarios for our favourite characters.<\/p>\n
The new episodes come after two special episodes centring on best friends Rue Bennett (Emmy Award winner Zendaya) and Jules Vaughn (Hunter Schafer)<\/p>\n
The first special episode, which aired just before Christmas, took place almost entirely in a diner with Rue meeting her sponsor Ali (Colman Domingo) to discuss her addiction and the seeming impossibility of sobriety.<\/p>\n
The second episode, titled F**k Anyone Who\u2019s Not A Sea Blob, followed in the new year and focused on Jules as she attended a therapy session \u2013 with her therapist played by Looking star Lauren Weedman.<\/p>\n
Towards the end of the episode, it transpires that the session had taken place on Christmas Eve \u2013 the same day as Rue\u2019s meeting with Ali \u2013 and at the very end we see the pair meet up in Jules\u2019 room.<\/p>
There it seemed as if\u00a0 Jules might have the chance to apologise for the train incident in series one, but Rue abruptly left before she had the chance, leaving Jules to break down crying.<\/p>\n
It will be a while now before we see Rue, Jules and co again, with a full second series of the drama not expected until much later in the year due to coronavirus.<\/p>\n

Euphoria season 2 is released in the UK on January 10, 2022.<\/strong><\/p>\n This is the same time as the release in the US on HBO Max on January 9, 2022.<\/p>\n The new episodes will then air weekly on Sky Atlantic and on NOW, after which the episodes will be available to watch on-demand<\/p>\n It is believed that the second season will run for eight episodes if it is to match the first run.<\/p>\n The new season was preceded by two special episodes, each focusing on Rue and Jules, which aired in December 2020 and January 2021.<\/p>\n The US home of Euphoria is HBO and HBO Max.<\/p>\n The first season landed in the UK<\/a> on Sky Atlantic, on 6th August 2019, and was available on NOW and Sky Q shortly after.<\/a><\/p>\n Season two will arrive on Sky and NOW at the same time as the US release on HBO Max, arriving on January 10, 2022.<\/p>\n We now have a musical teaser trailer for the new episodes, which show Rue alive but not particularly well.<\/p>\n All of our favourite characters feature in the teaser, which hints at some drama to come, including Nate, Jules and Fezco.<\/p>\nWhere can I watch Euphoria season 2?<\/strong><\/h2>\n
