\u201cThe jury was occupied some time in deliberating upon what verdict they should return,\u201d he reads. \u201cSome of them proposing a verdict of manslaughter against the master and surgeon.\u201d<\/p>\n
He adds: \u201cBut the jury is warned by the coroner not to find them guilty of manslaughter.\u201d<\/p>\n
