After spending the entire series hunting for each other, star-crossed lovers (and future parents) Vinder and Bel (Jacob Anderson and Thaddea Graham) were finally reunited, and ended the series heading out into the stars with their unborn child and reluctant \u201cfamily dog\u201d Karvanista (Craige Els).<\/p>\n
But is this really the end for these characters? Recurring star Anderson is hoping that this isn\u2019t the last we\u2019ll see of Vinder, telling us that he has his fingers crossed that his character could be a part of the Whoniverse again.<\/p>\n
\u201cOh, I would love that,\u201d Anderson told RadioTimes.com<\/a>. \u201cWho knows? You never know how the story ends.<\/p> \u201cBut I would be so excited to bring Vinder back, and for him to be brought back into the story.\u201d<\/p>\n Though as a massive Who fan, he notes, he\u2019d happily come back as anything \u2013 anything \u2013 if it let him keep being a part of the series.<\/p>\n \u201cI would happily just, me as Jacob, come back as a Cyberman or as Dalek number six \u2013 gladly,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n \u201cIf Chris [Chibnall] just asked me to come in for a day, and you don\u2019t even see my face, I would have been like, \u2018Absolutely.\u2019\u201d<\/p>\n By why stop at a Doctor Who cameo? After all, the dysfunctional spacefaring family Vinder has just made looks ripe for spin-off potential \u2013 and one of his potential co-stars is already laying out the possibilities.<\/p>\n \u201cI\u2019m living for it. I\u2019m waiting for the phone call.\u00a0It\u2019s a Dog\u2019s Life, starring Karvanista and Bel and Vinder,\u201d Craige Els laughed.<\/p>\n \u201cBring it on.\u201d<\/p>\n So who knows? Maybe The Vanquishers<\/a> won\u2019t be the last we see of Vinder, Bel and their strange extended family.
