Oti Mabuse, professional dancer and two-time Strictly Come Dancing<\/a> champion, is officially joining the judging panel of ITV\u2019s Dancing on Ice<\/a>, with her debut set to air early next year.<\/p>\n The news comes after actor John Barrowman was confirmed to be leaving the judging panel.<\/p>\n \u201cAs a professional dancer I have always had so much respect for the skating professionals on Dancing on Ice,\u201d Oti said. \u201cIt is an exceptional skill that is also so beautiful to watch.<\/p>\n \u201cI\u2019m feeling really enthusiastic about joining the panel alongside the legendary Torvill and Dean and Ashley Banjo. I can\u2019t wait to see the celebrities thrive as they learn how to ice-skate and to champion the professional skaters as they create incredible choreography.<\/p>\n \u201cHaving been on both sides of the table, I know a little bit about how they\u2019ll be feeling. It\u2019s more than an honour and I already can\u2019t wait to join the family.\u201d<\/p>\n Oti has been a member of the BBC\u2019s Strictly professional line-up for the past six years, winning the show twice, first with Kelvin Fletcher and again with Bill Bailey.
