Following a two-year break as a result of the coronavirus pandemic, The Apprentice<\/a> is back with 16 new candidates eager to get into the boardroom and secure a \u00a3250,000 investment from Lord Sugar.<\/p>\n One of those people is Kathryn Louise Burn \u2013 a 29-year-old entrepreneur from Swindon.<\/p>\n But, does she have what it takes to become Lord Sugar\u2019s next business partner?<\/p>\n Here\u2019s everything you need to know about Kathryn, as she joins The Apprentice 2022 cast<\/a>.<\/p>\n Age:\u00a0<\/strong>29<\/p>\n Job:\u00a0<\/strong>Owner of an online pyjama store<\/p>\n From:\u00a0<\/strong>Swindon<\/p>\n Instagram: <\/strong>@kaggzlouise<\/a><\/p>\n Kathryn is a business owner from Swindon, who owns her own online pyjama store. After working a range of jobs, from a mortgage advisor to events manager, Kathryn decided to set up her store online, and she now has ambitious plans to take it further, with the hopes that her nightwear will now be \u201cworn by everyone.\u201d<\/p>\n Describing herself as ambitious, kind, and often \u201csavage\u201d,\u00a0 Kathryn says she\u2019s there to win, not to make friends.<\/p>\n \u201cMy dreams in my head are absolutely huge, and I believe I can achieve them,\u201d she adds.<\/p>\n The candidate shared the news of her signing on Instagram, saying: \u201cSecret\u2019s out! ???? I am so excited to announce that I\u2019m a candidate on this years\u00a0@apprenticeuk !! Let\u2019s see if I can battle it out against 15 other candidates to win @lord_sugar\u00a0investment of \u00a3250,000 for\u00a0@myeverydaypyjamas\u00a0????????\u201d<\/p> Series 16 of The Apprentice begins on Thursday 6th January at 9pm. Episodes will be available to watch on BBC One and BBC iPlayer.<\/p>\n It will see all 16 candidates in the boardroom as they try to wow Lord Sugar and his advisors, including Baroness Karren Brady and former winner Tim Campbell, who will replace Claude Litnner for the new series.<\/p>\n Speaking about his new role, Tim revealed he\u2019s \u201cnervous\u201d to replace Claude Litter<\/a>, although he has a way of \u201cchanneling the nerves\u201d.<\/p>\n He said: \u201cListen, we could be anywhere and the fact is, if my heart\u2019s beating really fast, that means I\u2019m alive. So going into that scenario, where [Lord Sugar] calls you in and he says [you\u2019re the] new person taking over from Claude, you are nervous because you don\u2019t want to let him down.\u201d<\/p>\n The Apprentice series 16 will begin on 6th January 2022.
